This app and chineseSkill app are the absolute best! This app really does make learning fun.

I like the minimalist design of this app and I think its well put-together. The basic phrases and the pronunciation matching make the app useful by itself, everything else is extra. The tips at the beginning of the lessons are nice for people who dont have any prior cultural knowledge of Mandarin. Kudos!

I just finished practicing the first two sections on the app. I took Chinese in college years ago and have been looking for a program that allows me to brush up on both written and spoken mandarin. This is the first program that Ive found that is similar to duolingo in the sense that you build vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, and writing abilities all in one program. Finally a program I can use!

I will win this game.

I feel I am learning a lot with this app. My only criticism is that the ten minutes a day is off. I need about a half hour or more to master the material. The lessons are great.

Have waited for an app with features similar to the interface in Duolingo that teaches Mandarin for over a year... This is exactly what Id been hoping for! Excellent interface and features. Recommended!

So far Im digging the app! I love the layout, its very clean and easy to navigate. No complaints yet. I love how it summarizes each lesson and gives you a list of characters per lesson.

They actually explain things instead of using negative reinforcement and forcing you to guess why your answers are wrong.

This has been an enjoyable app to use to learn Chinese.
